We aim to have sports massage available both before and after the events on each day across Long Course Weekend. This year we are delighted to introduce Emily from Pembrokeshire Sports Massage who will be providing this years’ service.

Emily is a fully qualified and insured Sports Therapist based in Pembrokeshire.

Emily and her team will be providing treatments at The Long Course Weekend Village at EXPO and recovery centers. We are offering a pre-pay booking system ahead of the event weekend. We recommend using our booking system as this will guarantee you with a massage appointment.
